Parties and service

SkyComm is reseller only; SkyComm Cloud hosts, operates and contracts for Doctor SEO. SKYCOMM CLOUD PTY LTD is the contracting party for Doctor SEO. Doctor SEO provides a workspace for SEO measurements, audits, reports, content briefs, connected-account status and controlled website workflows. Availability depends on the client's plan, setup and connected services.

Client responsibilities

• Own, control or hold authority to use every website, account and business property supplied.
• Be authorised to connect each Facebook Page, Instagram account or other provider asset selected.
• Keep user access accurate and protect sign-in details.
• Review and approve work before publication. Medical content always requires clinical review.
• Use Doctor SEO lawfully and not attempt to bypass access, tenant or provider controls.

Our responsibilities

Access does not transfer ownership. Canonical connected-account credentials use encrypted envelopes; legacy connector-source cleanup remains an operational prerequisite before a broader encryption claim can be made. Tenant data is limited to authorised sessions. During the pilot, Doctor SEO does not schedule content or reports to send by itself; an authorised operator starts those actions.

Fees and billing

• Growth: $380 per month, AUD ex GST.
• Professional: $550 per month, AUD ex GST.
• Agency: $799 per month, AUD ex GST.
• Pilot: Free pilot — not billed.

Every plan starts with a one-time $500 onboarding fee (AUD, ex GST), charged once on your first invoice unless it is waived for your account.

Paid plans are month-to-month unless an agreed order says otherwise.

Ending the service and deletion

Either party may end a month-to-month service in accordance with the billing period and any agreed order. Offboarding includes stopping scheduled work, disconnecting provider access, preserving required billing or tax records, and actioning a valid deletion request within the 30-day target. Availability, warranties and liability

This is conservative draft wording under review. Doctor SEO depends on client systems and third-party providers, so uninterrupted availability, rankings, traffic or business outcomes are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, liability is limited to supplying the affected service again or the amount paid for it. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Governing law

These draft terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
