How to ask for deletion

1. Signed-in operators can open Settings, find Your data, and choose the appropriate deletion request.
2. Anyone else, including a Meta user who connected a Page, should email info@skycomm.cloud with the business name and connected account. Do not send passwords, tokens or secret values.
3. Doctor SEO aims to acknowledge a valid request within 5 business days and complete it within a 30-day target.

What the request covers

A connected-account request covers Doctor SEO's stored connector credentials, selected provider assets and connection records. A workspace request covers client users, configuration and operational workspace data. Some billing, tax, dispute or security records may be retained as required by Australian law, and provider backups age out on the provider's schedule.

Revoke access at the provider

You can also remove Doctor SEO's access from the connected service's own business integrations or app permissions settings. Provider-side revocation and a Doctor SEO deletion request are separate steps; doing both closes access at both boundaries.
