Who is responsible

SkyComm is reseller only; SkyComm Cloud hosts, operates and contracts for Doctor SEO. The registered hosting entity and contact details are shown above.

Information we collect

• Client staff account details, including name, email address and workspace role.
• Client business and contact details, website configuration and service preferences.
• Lead enquiries submitted through Doctor SEO public forms.
• Measurements returned by connected services, but only when that service is connected.
• Report and send history, workflow decisions and security or audit events.
• Connection, selected-asset and credential-envelope records for supported connected accounts.

Doctor SEO never asks you to give us your Meta password.

Why we use it

We use this information to operate the workspace, verify authorised access, produce requested SEO and visibility work, support the client, protect the service, bill where applicable, and keep an auditable record of actions and decisions.

Service providers

Doctor SEO uses service providers by vendor and function:

• Vercel for application hosting and Neon for the PostgreSQL database.
• Stripe for billing and Resend for email delivery.
• Anthropic and, where selected, Perplexity for assisted analysis and drafting.
• SE Ranking, Google, Meta and Microsoft (Bing Webmaster Tools) for connected measurements or publishing when configured and authorised.
• GitHub, WordPress, PageSpeed and IndexNow for client-authorised website workflows.

The application and database are hosted with Vercel and Neon. This draft does not claim a storage country because the deployment regions have not been documented.

Retention, disconnection and deletion

We retain client information for the engagement and operational or legal recordkeeping needs. A valid deletion request has a target of 30 days, subject to records we must keep and provider backup windows. Backups age out on the provider's schedule; we do not promise an instant purge from recovery history.

Connected services can be revoked at the provider. Disconnecting Meta purges the stored Doctor SEO credential and releases its selected assets. See data deletion instructions.

Access, correction and complaints

You may ask to access or correct personal information, make a privacy complaint, or ask for deletion. Email info@skycomm.cloud. We will assess the request and explain any information we must retain.

Cookies

Doctor SEO uses the drseo_session cookie for dashboard sign-in and short-lived OAuth state and PKCE cookies to protect Google and Meta connection flows. These public legal pages do not set a cookie, and Doctor SEO does not currently load third-party advertising or analytics scripts.
